Flex Foods Dip – Chips and Dip

People who are doing the 10 Day Celebrity Transformation often get bored with the flex foods and their choices so I thought I would share an amazing recipe from my friend Taryn. Here is what you need for this Flex Foods Dip:


  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/2 organic cucumber
  • organic cayenne pepper
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • organic lemon juice
  • Directions:

    Mash avocado and add one squirt of organic lemon juice and a dash of sea salt and a dash of cayenne pepper. Mix. Slice cucumber into thin slices. Sprinkle with organic cayenne pepper. Use “chips” to scoop “dip”. Enjoy!
