Good morning everyone! It’s the first day of June! New beginnings in a new month. This morning is the perfect time to write down your goals for the month. Writing down your personal, physical, financial, emotional, and reach goals are a great way to get focused and keep yourself accountable for moving in the right direction every day. If you don’t focus there is no way to achieve without pure dumb luck. My goals for June include helping more people change their lives, breaking the 200 lb barrier, breaking the 190lb barrier, and finding balance between work and home better to use my golf membership for the course I live on more than once a month. I hope you all slept as well as I did! The Apothe Cherry I take at night as a part of this cleanse is the only natural source of melatonin, which is helping to balance my circadian rhythms. I’m sleeping so well. So I just visited the scale and didn’t recognize the guy in the mirror. I weighed in at 212.4 which means I lost 1.8 lbs yesterday which is AMAZING as I went out to dinner with my wife last night. Thankfully I learned how to properly nourish myself between cleanses and we went to Ruby Tuesdays. Two full plates full of green peppers, cucumbers, and carrots with a splash of balsamic vinegar from the salad bar tasted FANTASTIC. I am working on adjusting the cleanse based on experience now. I spent a few hours in the yard mowing the lawn, weed whacking, and edging yesterday and then cleaned the pool. You can eat more flex foods while cleansing you just need to mix in some exercise. Ok so my three day total is -7.8 lbs and breaking 200 is in my sights! May 1st I was 243 lbs. June 1st I am 212. Not bad for a month huh? I am living proof that this system provides perfect nutrition and plan to be an ambassador for it for the duration!
