August is here…a new month means a new start

August has arrived and a new month brings new beginnings. The summer is still in full swing and the weather is hot. There is still another 6 weeks of bathing suit weather up north and down here in Florida we have at least another 12. Many of you reading this have made a lifestyle change and are on a much healthier path. Many more have been reading this blog and not yet taken the plunge. Why wait? The best time to make a change is today. People who are not serious about making a change always say they will start on Monday or tomorrow. If you want to make a change you have to grab the bull by the horns and just do it!

Just yesterday a good friend of mine saw his father complete his 10 Day Transformation losing over 17 pounds in 10 days and he is over 60 years old. He is feeling fantastic, broke free from his daily morning energy drink and days full of diet soda, and is ready to do it again. Feeling good is infectious. I have a list of every person that has ever reached out to me about transforming and there are over 60 of you that have taken the leap and made the change and another 50 of you that are thinking about it. Why wait?

The ONLY reason I take time out of each day to write on this blog is because I have been making a difference in peoples lives. Many people focus on losing weight but that is just an ancillary benefit of ridding your body of GMO’s and processed food toxins. People are learning about their bodies and finding out what it feels like to feel good again. Jump on the train. Get healthy for your children. Live longer. Lose weight. Whatever the reason, deciding to make a change and following through is one of the best decisions you will EVER make I promise you. Building good habits that will stick with you for the rest of your life starts today!

I have slacked on staying accountable with my food and workout schedule so here goes for yesterday.

Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:

7:00 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern, 1 Revive It All, 2 astaxanthin and 2 RENEW Hair, Skin, & Nails
7:30- Gym Session

  • 3 sets bench press (12 reps)
  • 3 sets military dumbbell press (12 reps)
  • 3 sets incline dumbbell press(12 reps)
  • 3 sets deadlifts (12 reps)
  • 15 sets decline sit-ups (15 reps)
  • 6 sets hanging knee raises(15 reps)
  • 30 mins cardio shadowboxing etc in steam room
    9:30 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) 1 Revive It All, 2 astaxanthin, and 7 MAPs
    11:30 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern
    1:30 Organic hummus with organic carrots and LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(1 scoop)
    4:30 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern
    7:45- Gym Session #2

  • 3 sets incline dumbbell press max weight to failure
  • 3 sets hammer curls (12 reps)
  • 15 sets decline sit-ups (15 reps)
  • 6 sets hanging knee raises(15 reps)
  • 45 mins cardio shadow boxing in steam room
  • 9:00 Organic Vegetables and beans Sauteed in organic coconut oil, organic hummus with broccoli
    9:30 Apothe Cherry 1 Revive It All, and 2 astaxanthin
    I finished July off strong and ate clean and worked out all month. I am going to do another 10 Day Transformation in August to shred the little bit of fat I have left off of these new toned muscles. I have 2 people on board already and have room for 8 more.
