Another Great Weekend!

Its Sunday night and time to wind the weekend down. With pretty much every muscle in my body sore at the moment I can look back on the weekend with pride as I ate clean and trained like a champion. Being healthy is a minute by minute job that requires laser sharp focus and a ton of determination. No cheating. No excuses. You need to follow Ricky Bobby’s mantra and just “wake up and piss excellence”.

Its funny how it seems that everyone I know revolves all of their social activities around eating shit food at garbage corporate restaurants or drinking. Its sad really. If you are bored and are looking for something to do, go for a run on the beach. Go play basketball or tennis with a friend. Go to the driving range. Go lay out by the pool. Go for a walk. Why does everyone choose to “meet at such and such a place for drinks and appetizers”? Is that what life is all about.. drinking beer or liquor distilled from genetically modified wheat and clogging your arteries with irradiated and genetically modified food? I can’t think of anything that sounds less fun.

I know I am always “standing on my soapbox” but I wouldn’t continue to do so if people didn’t genuinely care. Some people need coaching or a reminder that they are worth putting the time in for. I know a ton of people that won’t go to the gym alone. They require the buddy system because they are not self motivated. This is the same for people and their eating habits. They need constant reminders to make good choices. Keeping a food and workout diary for accountability is a great way to keep you on track. Speaking of that..

Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:

8:00 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern, 1 Revive It All, 2 astaxanthin and 4 RENEW Hair, Skin, & Nails
8:30- Gym Session

  • 3 sets deadlifts (12 reps)
  • 4 sets 2 handed farmers walk
  • 4 sets 1 handed farmers walk
  • 3 sets squats (12 reps)
  • 3 sets seated decline leg press(12 reps)
  • 3 sets seated calf raises (12 reps)
  • 15 sets decline sit-ups (15 reps)
  • 6 sets hanging knee raises(15 reps)
  • 30 mins cardio shadowboxing etc in steam room
    9:30 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) 6 organic strawberries, 4oz organic grapefruit juice, 1 Revive It All, 2 astaxanthin, and 7 MAPs
    11:30 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern
    1:30 Grilled hormone free chicken on top of organic romaine lettuce, organic carrots, organic cucumber, organic sunflower seeds, and organic balsamic vinegar. Organic hummus with organic cucumber and LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(1 scoop)
    4:30 7 Master Amino Acid Pattern
    5:30 Organic carrots with organic hummus
    7:00 6 oz baked wild caught salmon with organic vegetables sauteed in organic coconut oil.
