10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 6 Complete
Good evening everyone! So this morning was my weigh in for day 6 and I am happy to report that I was down .1 pound from yesterdays weigh in as I weighed in at 206 pounds.
Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:

Day 6 was my last day of rest before hitting the gym for days 7-10. I went off schedule with eating so that I would have energy for the day 7 morning gym session. I am expecting weight gain for the last 3 days from the working out so I am going to add in some cardio at night to burn off some calories before bed. Here is an updated photo of how I look from incorporating working out and more foods into the cleanse.
