10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 2 Complete

Wow day 2 was brutally difficult due to the working out. I started off with a gym session, and then a L.O.VE. shake. After that I had to cut the grass and then did interval training. I went about 1.5 miles and did 100 yard sprint followed by 100 yards of walking the whole way. It was 95 and sunny and I kinda outdid myself. Here is my workout schedule and food intake for the day:


Day 2 Food and workout summary

7:45- 7 MAPs and 2 astaxanthin
8:00- Gym Session

  • 3 sets kneeling row (12 reps)
  • 3 sets rotary upper back(12 reps)
  • 3 sets rotary shoulder(12 reps)
  • 12 sets decline sit-ups (15 reps)
  • 5 sets hanging knee raises(15 reps)
  • 30 mins cardio shadowboxing etc in steam room
    9:30- Power Shake with 8.8ph alkaline water and 9 MAPs
    11:30- 7 MAPs
    12:15- Organic cucumber and hummus
    1:00- 1.5 miles of interval training: 100 yard sprint followed by 100 yards of walking the whole way
    2:00- L.O.V.E. Super Meal with 8.8ph alkaline water and 7 MAPs
    4:30- 7 MAPs
    6:30- 4 scoops L.O.V.E. Super Meal, 1 scoop power shake 1 banana coconut water alkaline water
    7:30- 5 organic mini sweet peppers
    8:15: 3 pieces of organic celery with organic hummus
    9:30- Apothe Cherry and 2 astaxanthin
    I was absolutely wiped out all day. Tons of hard work and discipline..It paid off in spades as I weighed in at 206.6 pounds this morning which means I lost 1.3 pounds on day 2 and have lost a total of 3.5 lbs in 2 days while working out like an animal. I know that muscle is going on and fat is simultaneously coming off. Keeping close track of how I feel and adding flex foods any time my muscles need it is the key!
