10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 1 Complete
Wow was yesterday ever a long day. Started off with a gym session, had a bunch of flex foods during the day and 2 L.O.V.E. shakes for breakfast and lunch and then came home to a Platinum Pack so I had a power shake for dinner. My energy was high and adding in more flex foods helped make me feel good after the workout. Here was my day:
Day 1 Food and workout summary
6:45- 7 MAPs and 2 astaxanthin
7:00- Gym Session
9:30- L.O.V.E. Super Meal with 8.8ph alkaline water and 9 MAPs
10:30- 5 organic baby carrots with organic hummus
11:30- 7 MAPs
1:00- 1/4 Avocado and 1/2 Cucumber
2:00- L.O.V.E. Super Meal with 8.8ph alkaline water
3:30- 5 organic baby carrots with organic hummus
4:30- 7 MAPs
6:30- Power Shake with 8.8ph alkaline water
7:00- Organic cucumber with organic hummus
9:30- Apothe Cherry
I didn’t “follow” the directions for the transformation but because I am working out I need to add more flex foods and more MAPs. I woke up today down 2.2 lbs so day 1 seemed to be a success.
