10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 9 Complete
Good evening everyone! This morning marked the end of round 4 day 9 of my hybrid cleanse. I am 100% behind using the Master Amino Acid Pattern while working out. My energy levels are huge. I have very little soreness the next day and I am sure the astaxanthin has a lot to do with that. In terms of antioxidant power or potency, astaxanthin is 550 times stronger than vitamin E, and 6,000 times stronger than vitamin C! Today I weighed in .75 lbs up from yesterday which is fantastic as I have been working out hard.
Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:
Day 9 Food summary
7:00 7 MAPS and 2 astaxanthin
9:30 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) 2 astaxanthin, and 7 MAPs
10:00 2.5 hours working in the yard in 95 degree heat
11:30 7 maps
1:00 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) and 7 MAPs
4:30 7 maps
7:45 2 One Pound Maine Lobsters, steamed broccoli, new england clam chowder
Day 9 was another great day! I am gaining some fantastic lean muscle and the fat keeps flying off. I am going to continue to stay on this hybrid version of the cleanse until my physique is where I want it to be. I am working on using the data I have compiled from this hybrid cleanse to create a supplement/meal plan for athletes to use to get into and stay in great shape.
