10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 8 Complete
Good evening everyone! So this morning was my weigh in for round 4 day 8 and I am happy to report that I was down 1.3 pounds from yesterdays weigh in.
Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:
Day 8 Food summary
7:00 7 MAPS and 2 astaxanthin
8:00- Gym Session
9:30 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) 2 astaxanthin, and 7 MAPs
11:30 7 maps
1:00 LOVE (2 scoops)/Power Shake(2 scoops) and 7 MAPs
4:30 7 maps
7:45 Baked Salmon and sauteed spinach
8:30 Organic vegetables sauteed in organic coconut oil
Day 8 was another great day! I had a great workout, got the back muscles full of blood, stayed very hydrated, and ate clean. Mixing the LOVE and the Power shake along with adding more MAPS every day and eating is making working out a reality while cleansing and still losing weight and inches!!.
