10-Day Celebrity Transformation Round 4 Day 5 Complete
Good evening everyone! So this morning was my weigh in for day 5 and I am happy to report that I was down 1.6 pounds from yesterdays weigh in as I weighed in at 206.1 pounds. I think taking time off from the gym and following cleanse protocol is what is helping me get back to the losing ways. It is quite obvious that working out while taking the Master Amino Acid Pattern packs on some amazing muscle but without full medical supervision i cannot tell if I am losing fat when the scale isn’t moving. The inches keep coming off though and that is the most important thing.
Here is my exercise schedule and food intake for the day:

12:45 Salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, seaweed salad, steamed broccoli, and grilled chicken breast

I have to say that seeing the number on the scale move this morning was amazing and has really kicked me back into high gear. I think all the protein I had at lunch that is against cleanse protocol was needed to finish repairing my muscles from the weekends workouts. Tomorrow morning I am back in the gym hitting it hard.
